Connect Brief and Copy, Design and Video, and Release Review through one record. Carry a late change through every format, then hand each item to a named person for publishing approval.
What you will be able to do
- Set up three teams with clear owners: Assign the Brief and Copy, Design and Video, and Release Review teams. Each gets several agents, one deliverable and one named human owner, and you connect them through a spreadsheet campaign record holding facts, copy versions with source tags, editable links, versioned exports and approvals. In a one-person shop, you may own all three teams.
- Write handoff standards based on what the buyer sees: Define what each team must hand to the next, judged by what the end buyer will see. Receiving teams can refuse incomplete copy or a set that doesn't match, and every acceptance and refusal goes in the handoff log with a reason.
- Have Dots or Claude Duet follow the approved record: Choose OpenAI Dots or Claude Duet and set it up to check each handoff against the standard, escalate to the named owner, and return checked copy, versioned design requests and items awaiting publication approval. Confirm the exact features in the current version of your chosen tool.
- Carry a late correction into every file: When a count changes from thirty to thirty-six after four files are already exported, stop every affected file. Trace the change through the source tags, open the actual exports and captions instead of trusting the record, and send stale items back until every version agrees.
- Test the Factory on purpose, then tighten the rules: Test changed inputs, a withheld approval, a stale export and a later restart, and confirm that work pauses, resumes and isn't recreated. Then use the log to revise instructions, template rules, retry limits and escalation owners, write a client policy, and run a second batch under it.
- Run a press check and record who publishes: Show each format as a proof stamped with its record version, then approve or return each item with a reason. Flag claims and rights for the authorized person to verify, and keep a publishing decision record that names who will publish each item.
