A hands-on course for Canva creators and brand teams: set up Manus with the least access that works, brief it on real multi-step jobs, and check every fact and file against your own facts sheet.

What you will be able to do

  • Know whether Manus fits the job: Check that Manus is offered in your region and understand the plans and credit rules as of October 28, 2026: Free has daily credits usable only on Manus 2.0 Lite, Pro starts at $20/month and Team at $20/seat/month. Before you pay, confirm current prices on manus.im/pricing, because they change.
  • Set up a workspace that can't overreach: Add a backup sign-in method. Create a brand Project with a master instruction and your facts sheet in its knowledge base. Connect Canva with read access by default and turn on write access only when a job needs it. Keep a written list of what never goes in: customer lists, private campaign data, identifying images and unreleased client work under NDA.
  • Write briefs that leave gaps blank: Use an eight-part brief: goal, context, sources, scope, steps, checkpoints, output and quality bar. Approve the plan in Plan Mode, ask for the work in phases and require a source table. That way missing facts show up as blanks for you to fill, not as plausible guesses.
  • Finish four real brand projects: Take each one from brief to reviewed output: a sourced research report and facts sheet, a refreshed deck in editable .pptx or Canva, resized and localized Canva designs with every shortened line listed, and a campaign landing page drafted for review before anything goes live.
  • Turn repeated prep into supervised routines: Save a repeated job as a Skill. Schedule a recurring prep task with Skip confirmations left off and a named person responsible for it. Share results through Share links and Guest reviewers, and know what Super Admins on a Team plan can see.
  • Check the work before anyone relies on it: Replay the session, open a sample of the sources, rebuild the key numbers and open every exported file at the size a buyer will see it. Then confirm that dates, counts, claims and calls to action match the current brief, and keep your own copies outside Manus.
