Learn to classify sensitive decision material, match it to an approved or local AI setup, and redact and handle it so it never lands in a cloud tool your company hasn't approved.
What you will be able to do
- Know what each document allows: Sort board papers, acquisition plans and staff matters into clear sensitivity levels, and know what each level permits an AI tool to see.
- Pick the right setup for the material: Choose between an approved cloud environment, an approved internal setup and a local tool, and recognise when nothing available is suitable and the material should stay out of AI.
- Redact before you prompt: Remove or replace names, deal names, figures and identifying facts, and catch the combinations of details that still give a deal or person away.
- Keep prompts, chats and outputs contained: Apply handling rules to prompts, uploads, drafts, saved chats and AI-generated summaries so none of them leave the approved setup.
- Vet a tool before trusting it: Run a short checklist on any proposed AI tool, and agree who signs off on which material going into which tool.
- Keep the decision yours: Use AI to surface tradeoffs, gaps and questions in a sensitive paper, check its answers against the source, and keep judgment and accountability with you.
