For Canva Pro users and marketers who need to ensure accuracy at scale: learn to configure prompts and data checks so empty fields and missing approvals are flagged as gaps instead of quietly invented.

What you will be able to do

Force AI to stop inventing: Write prompts that explicitly forbid the invention of missing data. You will configure agents to leave fields blank and set limits on how often they ask for info before pausing work.
Design visible data sheets: Create data sheets with visible placeholders for missing approvals. This ensures that gaps in product details are obvious to you during review rather than hidden by plausible copy.
Control agent autonomy: Write one-page agent remits that categorize every action as 'always allowed', 'needs approval', or 'never'. You will assign a named human owner to every agent to maintain accountability.
Verify outputs against facts: Compare AI-generated content against a master facts sheet you wrote yourself. You will learn to tag output lines with their source fact to quickly spot invented claims or drifting CTAs.
Execute a final press check: Implement a rigorous final verification workflow for exports. You will learn to verify final assets by opening the actual files rather than trusting a status record or a completed checklist.
Manage late-stage changes: Identify and correct stale exports that occur after a last-minute update. You will ensure that changes to your facts are carried through to the final files before they reach customers.
