Build intake, copy, template, video and checking agents in OpenAI Dots or Claude Duet. Each gets a written remit, a named owner and a tested way to pause. Nothing ships without your approval.

What you will be able to do

  • A one-page remit for every recurring job: Each remit says what starts the agent (a single run or a continuing brief), which files and approved connections it can use, where its work lands, who settles what it can't, its agreed report, how to pause or retire it, and the check that closes the run.
  • Clear limits on what agents may do: Every agent action gets one of three settings: always allowed, needs approval, or never. Publishing and deleting a master are always set to never, so no agent can do either on its own.
  • Overnight briefs that arrive complete, or visibly incomplete: You build an intake agent in OpenAI Dots or Claude Duet. It structures requests against your brand record, merges duplicates and leaves missing fields blank. It asks you no more than twice, then pauses.
  • Copy batches you can trace back to your facts: A copy agent drafts a bounded batch from your approved messaging record and tags each line with its source fact. When a fact changes, say a count goes from thirty to thirty-six, only the affected lines are rerun, and contradictions come to you.
  • Templates, revisions and video packets that stay in step: Briefs are matched to approved Canva templates within their copy-length limits, with production instructions someone else can follow. Revisions are logged and edits that break a brand rule stop. A versioned CapCut packet and fix log keep captions and timing tied to the latest approved exports.
  • A release queue you have tested yourself: You connect the agents through an export manifest, then withhold an approval and slip in a stale export on purpose. You confirm both get flagged, and that pausing, resuming and retiring the agents doesn't recreate finished work.
