Set up three proactive AI agent teams in OpenAI Dots or Claude Duet that work from one shared record. Test them against late changes. You still choose the concept and approve the release.
What you will be able to do
- Give three agent teams separate jobs and write the crew into the plan: Give Strategy and Insight, Concept and Production, and Delivery Review each its own contribution, inputs, outputs and handoff. Then mark the points where the photographer, the retoucher and the rights reviewer take over.
- Keep every handoff in one shared record: Link every asset to its accepted brief version, its references, its asset version and its approval status. Write a handoff standard that sends incomplete work back to the team that sent it, with a named reason.
- Handle a late cut and conflicting notes without averaging them: When the film is cut to six seconds, use the record to pause only the assets the cut affects. When sustainability asks for quieter and the chief executive asks for more product, write one decision request. It asks the question both notes depend on: what must this film make someone feel in six seconds?
- Test the Factory against blocked work and a restart: Send through a lapsed usage approval, a withheld approval, a blocked asset and an interrupted run. Confirm the Factory holds or returns them, and that it restarts from the record without duplicate, conflicting or superseded versions.
- Set production limits and release gates: Write a production-limits register and release gates for the idea, brand fit, format, approved assets, usage rights, likeness permissions and confidentiality. Give each gate a named person and list the evidence the record must show.
- Judge the returned set as a whole: Check the full set against the idea's fixed elements and your house bar. Look for drift, and for one flaw in the master that has been copied into the cutdowns, markets and screens. Keep, revise or reject each option, and give the reason.
