A self-paced intensive for creative directors: build and test agents for brief changes, references, variations, feedback and asset checks, with version records and clear human approval points.

What you will be able to do

  • Keep the brief current without losing the direction: Define a brief-update agent that processes approved changes, lists what each one affects and adds to the creative decision record. It doesn't rewrite your direction every time a note comes in. You'll test it against late, conflicting and unapproved feedback.
  • Get references that explain a creative possibility: Build a reference-research agent that works only from your approved sources. Each item in its digest explains what it offers the work. It flags weak relevance and unsupported claims so you can check them or cut them.
  • Prepare variations that hold the idea: Separate what is fixed in an approved direction from what may vary. Turn that into structured variation briefs, then review a small batch of permitted image or motion tests to see where drift creeps in.
  • Turn feedback into revisions people can act on: Set up a feedback-routing agent that groups approved feedback into attributed themes and turns vague notes into precise revision requirements. It sends contradictions and direction-level comments to the person who owns the decision.
  • Check asset readiness properly: Treat file naming, visual impression, rights status and approval status as separate checks, so a correctly named file is never taken as proof of quality, clearance or sign-off. Missing rights or likeness documentation goes to the right person.
  • Run the agents as one supervised workflow: Connect the five agents through a shared version record, as a single run or a continuing brief. Each one gets agreed reports, human review at every approval point and a clear way to pause or retire the work.
