A hands-on course for Canva creators and brand teams. You set Muse up with the least access that works, use prompts that draft only from your brief, and run a weekly task that waits for your approval.
What you will be able to do
- Decide whether Muse fits your content work: Check the age rules, where Muse is available, the plans and the known limits on Meta's official pages. As of October 28, 2026 the plans are Free with a usage limit, Power at $20/month and Maximum at $100/month. Then decide before you pay for anything.
- Set up Muse with safe-start settings: Use a separate Meta account for work, turn off model training, and set connectors and web access to Always ask. Answer approval cards with Allow once or Deny, and know why Always allow is risky.
- Connect Canva with the least access that works: Connect Canva first and at most one more service, one at a time, with retrieval-only access where it's offered. Then check inside each connector what it can actually read and do, and note which reported abilities you couldn't confirm.
- Draft campaign assets only from your own brief and facts: Write prompts that draft a post, story and cover in Canva. The prompts make Muse mark anything unverified as [CHECK], leave missing fields blank, and stop before sharing, scheduling or publishing. Then check the drafts on a phone at the size a buyer will see them.
- Run a scheduled content-prep task with a written remit: Write a one-page remit for the task: what starts it, what it may open, where its drafts go, who it asks, and the final check. Give the task its own approval settings and a named human owner, then test it on purpose.
- Carry late changes through every file and review weekly: When a count, date or link changes, update every draft and export, then open the actual files to confirm the old fact is gone. Each week, review the Activity log, Upcoming, Memory, connectors and Allowed websites, and correct or revoke anything Muse got wrong.
