Set up and supervise bounded agents for intake, chronology, drafting and evidence that process approved new documents, preserve the matter record and bring exceptions to an attorney.
What you will be able to do
- Define a bounded intake agent: Write the job, approved inputs, limits and exception rules for a named intake agent, such as Matter Watch, so you know what it may and may not produce.
- Update the inventory without starting over: Run the agent on a new permitted batch and get a document index update, or a clear exception, instead of restarting the whole task.
- Keep a chronology that explains its own changes: Configure a chronology agent that responds only to accepted inventory changes. It records the current account of each event, plus the reason and source for every change.
- Send uncertain draft claims to an attorney first: Set up a verification queue so doubtful claims and cited authority are flagged and reviewed before a draft is used.
- Prepare a bounded discovery packet: Build a packet and issue register in which every question links to an issue and to the material that prompted it, with gaps prioritized for attorney review.
- Test pause, resume and stop rules: Run the agents through several simulated update cycles. Confirm they resume from the last accepted state, and see how an attorney's answer changes the next run.
